Capt. Gary has been on the water all his life. Sailing and fishing on Long Island as a youngster, Gary learned to respect the water at a young age. He served in the US Coast Guard on search and rescue missions and has also cruised extensively from Cape Cod to the Florida Keys. Gary has a 100 ton Master's license and operated a tour boat in Washington DC on the Potomac and was an assistance tow captain, as well.
Capt. Gary has been fishing on Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico for the past several years and has been able to apply his boating and fishing knowledge to the local conditions. Charter fishing trips are our specialty. Fish for mackerel, grunts, snapper, grouper and even the occasional shark!

We have two modes of operation: basic and catered. Our basic trip includes the boat, fuel, ice, bait, tackle, coolers and (hopefully) fish. You bring the food and beverages of your choice. We can provide food and beverages if you wish. Please call to discuss a menu.
A hat, sunscreen a (rain) jacket or sweater, a towel and an adventurous attitude. also, bring plenty to drink and whatever you'd like to eat. If you take prescriptionmedication, please bring a 24-hour supply in the original container--things can happen.
No weapons are permitted on board, even if you have a permit. No drugs unless prescribed to you by your physician. No other contraband such as ammunition or drug paraphernalia please. Glass bottles are best left ashore. Service animals are welcome, but no pets, please.
Basically, any time you want. Normally, we like to leave the dock by 7:30 AM for morning trips and 1:00 PM for afternoon trips, but we can vary that as needed.
We plan our arrival back to the dock as closely as possible to the schedule but please be aware that unforeseen circumstances can happen (weather, mechanical problems, etc.). We ask that you notify a responsible person on shore of our "float plan" and ask them to call authorities if they do not hear from you in a reasonable time.
It is usually best to work out your party's logistic first, then call us to reserve a trip date. The farther out you book the trip, the more likely the dates you want will be available. Our rates vary and are subject to change so call us. We even offer specials!
